ALBONDIGAS SOUP 
4 cans beef broth
1 can water
1 lg. can of whole tomatoes, cut up
6 stalks celery, sliced
1 lb. bag carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Pepper to taste

MEATBALLS:

3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Pepper and parsley to taste

Combine and form into 1 inch balls. Combine all ingredients down to and including garlic in a large soup pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Drop meatballs into simmering soup, cook for another 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortillas.
