ALBONDIGAS SOUP 
5 c. water
2 green peppers, sliced
2 onions, diced
3 carrots, sliced
2 or 3 stalks celery
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, with juice
1 tbsp. chicken stock base
1 1/2 tsp. Lowry's garlic blend (coarse garlic salt)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. Lowry's garlic blend (coarse garlic salt)
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Add to soup and simmer for 20 minutes longer or until meatballs are fully cooked. Makes 6-8 servings.
