SUPER DESSERT 
STEP I:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix like pie crust; pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

STEP II:

1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 bowl Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust.

STEP III:

2 sm. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Whip together. Spread on top; add 12-ounce Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Chill.
