PRETZEL SALAD DESSERT 
2 c. pretzels, rolled out
3/4 c. butter
3 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. or 1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) frozen tubes strawberries
1 c. sugar

Step 1: Put pretzels on bottom of cake pan. Melt butter and 3 teaspoons sugar and add to cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, then cool.

Step 2: Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together. Then hand mix in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 1/2 hour, then put on top of pretzel mixture.

Step 3: Put boiling water, Jello and strawberries together in saucepan by hand. Melt over stove. Pour over 2nd layer and refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
