FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (any nuts)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Combine first four ingredients and spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 in pan. In another bowl combine egg whites, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice. Beat on high to stiff peaks for about 10 minutes. Add whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
