2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. apples, chopped

Beat ingredients with a whisk until smooth. our by 1/4 cupfuls into hot gridle. Cook until golden. Makes 12 to 13.
