JELL-O WITH A LITTLE KICK 
1 (3 oz.) cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. red wine
1 can black cherries, well drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool. Add red wine; when a thick add black cherries.

Pour into 4 serving dishes; top with a dab of whipping cream. Very good after a heavy meal.
