2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip salad dressing)
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix, dry
1 c. waterchestnuts
2 green onions, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) chipped beef

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the spinach and the soup mix and mix well. Last, add the waterchestnuts, chopped green onions, and the chipped beef. This makes a big bowl. Let set in refrigerator overnight before serving.
