POTATO CRISPS 
4-6 med. baking potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Scrub potatoes well, leave on skins. Melt butter in 9x13 inch baking pan. Cut potatoes in fourths lengthwise (or eighths, if you like them thinner). Combine remaining ingredients in plastic bag. Shake potatoes in bag and coat a few at a time. Lay flat side down in melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip over and bake 30 minutes more. Serve with ketchup.
