ENCHILADA 
2 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
2 1/2 lb. link sausage
2 (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese
2 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 big can refried beans
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
1 clove garlic
1 onion, med.
30 floured tortilla shells

Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain. Add sauce, garlic and onion. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Put meat and beans in shell. Sprinkle cheese and roll. Bake about 5 minutes. Roll in aluminum foil and freeze.
