CHICKEN WRAP 
1 tablespoon of olive oil
450 grams (1 pound) of boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning mix
8 flour tortillas
150 ml (1/4 pint) soured cream

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the chicken, onion and peppers for 6-8 minutes until it's cooked and slightly browned.

Sprinkle the chicken special blend into the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring.

Serve the chicken mixture, wrapped in the flour tortillas, with a generous spoonful of sour cream.
