HOT AND SPICY CHEX MIX 
1 lbs. butter
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
2 tbsp. Hot New Mexico Chili Powder
2 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Crystal extra hot sauce
2 tsp. Salt (sea or kosher )
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 cup Gardetto's rye chips
2 1/2 cup planters dry roasted peanuts
3 cup bite size cheese crackers
1 bag of Sanders jalapeņo pretzel pieces
3 cup Cheerios
4 cup Rice Chex
4 cup Corn Chex
4 cup Wheat chex

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Heat butter in large sauce pan until melted. Remove, stir in seasonings. Add Chex and nuts. Mix until all pieces are coated.

Heat in oven 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
