1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. light corn syrup
4 1/2 c. reg. uncooked oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. candy-coated chocolate pieces
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Cream butter, gradually adding sugars. Beat well and add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and light corn syrup. Then add soda, salt, and oats.

Stir well. Mixture will be thick. Add candy and chocolate morsels and mix. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Center will be soft. These are wonderful big cookies. Makes about 36 cookies.
