3 c. (4 med.) cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
4 radishes, chopped
1/4 c. basic French dressing
1 tsp. salt
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. Heinz hot dog relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Boil potatoes in water for 30 minutes. Combine potatoes, celery, onions, radishes, dressing and salt. Chill several hours. Add eggs, relish and mayonnaise; chill. Garnish with radish roses and parsley (optional). Makes 4-6 servings.
