APPLE FLAPJACKS 
1 tbsp. butter or reduced-calorie butter
2 tsp. sugar or 1 pkg. Equal
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour, whole wheat or white
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. apples, peeled and finely chopped
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, dry ingredients, apples and milk. Cook on griddle. Serve with pork chops or as breakfast dish. Serves 4.
