APPLE FLAPJACKS 
5 tsp. melted butter
4 tsp. sugar
3 eggs
8 tsp. baking powder
7 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 apples, quartered
8 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk

Put the milk, apple, egg, sugar, butter and cinnamon in the glass container. Cover and run at low speed until the apple is grated. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix at high speed until blended. Pour from the corner of the container onto a hot, well-greased griddle. Bake until brown on both sides. Serve hot with pork sausage.

Yields 8 to 10 cakes.

You've got a missing word which is probably "blender." I use a mini food processor, it is all plastic (small is easier for me to wash). So I suggest apples first, then add milk, spices, either melted butter or oil. I look forward to trying it and using up my apples, in season now in Oregon. Thank you for posting.
