2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. apple butter
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Combine sugar, eggs, shortening, and apple butter. Beat until well mixed. Add flour ingredients and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
