PEPPER STEAK 
4 or 5 med. pieces of steak
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. green pepper, cut into 1 inch strips
2 lg. stalks of celery, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut steak in strips. Brown steak but don't flour (about 7 minutes). In cooking oil, fry onions, green peppers, and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until brown and onions are well done. Pour over steak in pan. Add soy sauce and 2 cans of tomato sauce. Cook 30 minutes. Serve over rice, potatoes, or noodles. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
