PEPPER STEAK 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless steak (cut into thin strips)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of ginger
Salt to taste
2 med. green peppers, cut into chunks
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth

Brown steak in oil. Cook with soy sauce, ginger, salt and peppers and onions. Add veggies, cornstarch and broth until crisp. Serve over rice.
