MARLENE'S TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. wheat tortillas
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. can chopped ripe olives
1 med. can chicken
1 pkg. super thin sliced ham
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. original HIDDEN VALLEY® party dip
Red leaf lettuce
Green onions, thin sliced
Red bell pepper, chopped (or green)
Sm. amount sour cream
Sm. jar pimento, drained
Several eggs, deviled

Add cream cheese to HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch and thin with enough sour cream to spread on tortillas. (Butter consistency). To 1/2 of flour tortillas, spread with cheese mixture. Add leaf lettuce, 2 or 3 slices ham, roll up and cover with wax paper and chill. Mix can of chicken, chopped olives, drained pimento and drained crushed pineapple. To other 1/2 tortillas, spread with cheese mixture, add leaf lettuce, then chicken mixture. Roll up, cover with wax paper and chill. To deviled eggs, add green onion and bell pepper on wheat tortillas, spread with cheese mixture, add leaf lettuce, then egg mixture. Roll up, cover with wax paper and chill. When ready to serve, slice in 3/4 to 1 inch slices, arrange on platter and serve.
