2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Pepsi
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift flour and sugar in bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi to boiling. Pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and salt; mix well. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Batter is thin and marshmallows will float to top. Pour into prepared 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost with Pepsi Frosting (listed below).

PEPSI FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pepsi
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat first 3 ingredients to boiling. Pour over sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until creamy smooth.
