LAYERED CHICKEN 
1 (three legged" chicken, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom pieces, or 1/2 lb. fresh, sliced
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix, crushed
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Cut chicken meat from bones into large pieces. Place in bottom of greased 2 quart baking dish. Pour over mushroom soup. Add a layer of rice and a layer of mushrooms. Pour sour cream over all and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with chow mein noodles and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
