BAKE AND CUT LEMON BARS 
4 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
(Nuts, raisins, optional)

Butter 7 x 11 inch pan, flour. In bowl mix eggs and sugar, then oil, etc. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. If made ahead cover and let stand overnight. Sift powdered sugar over top and cut into rectangles. Garnish with lemon peel if desired.
