B - B - Q BASS | |
1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp. butter Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. honey 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. ketchup Cayenne pepper to taste 1 (3 lb.) bass, boned Combine all of the ingredients, except fish, in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Place bass in a greased baking pan. Spread with the sauce. Broil for about 20 minutes or until flakes when tested with fork. |
