APRICOT CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts
21 oz. can apricot pie filling
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Pour on hot cooked rice to serve.
