BROILED SALMON | |
2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. ginger 4 salmon steaks, about 3/4 inch thick Combine soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice and ginger in small bowl and mix well. Pour marinade in a pie plate and marinate the steaks in this mixture while you preheat the oven (broiler) for 15 minutes. Remove steaks from marinade and place 4 inches from the heat. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, basting once. |
