CABBAGE SALAD | |
1 sm. head cabbage 3 to 4 carrots 1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 1/2 c. colored miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. mayonnaise Shred cabbage and carrots. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Mix well. Stir in miniature marshmallows. Cover; let set refrigerated overnight or a couple of hours. Stir in mayonnaise until desired creaminess is reached. |
