BAKED DUTCH PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
1 lemon, peeled & cut into 4 slices
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Drippings or butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Juice of lemon

Start oven at 400 degrees. Place pork chops in greased baking pan, top each with lemon slice. Sprinkle with crumbs, salt and pepper and nutmeg. Dot with drippings or butter. Add squeeze of lemon juice to each chop. Bake 30 minutes per pound or until well done.
