OXTAILS 
Buy 2 or 3 pounds oxtails. Have them cut. Wash good.

1. Place in a pot of water.

2. Let boil for an hour.

3. Pour out water and grease.

4. 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

5. Pinch of pepper.

6. Cut up 1 onion. Cook until tender, falling off bone. Add potatoes, carrots or any vegetables.
