CINNAMON ROLLS BY JEWEL 
1/4 oz. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour

Bake at 350 degrees. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand a few minutes. Add butter, sugar, salt eggs and flour. Mix together. Cover and let double in warm place. Punch down and divide in half. Roll each half into a rectangle shape. Top with 1/4 cup of melted butter and cinnamon and sugar. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut in 1 inch rolls. Place on cookie sheet. Let rise again. Bake until brown. Top with icing.
