CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
3 3/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix all ingredients. Let rise until double. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into narrow rectangle.

Spread each half with 1/3 cup butter, then 1/2 cup brown sugar. Top with 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 cup almonds, and 1/3 cup raisins. Let rise until at least double.

Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. When nearly done, top with an icing made of 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, and 3 tablespoons milk.
