SPANISH FANDANGO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
3/4 lb. mushrooms
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
2 c. cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Jack cheese

Brown and crumble beef. Saute onion. Combine remaining ingredients (thaw and press liquid out of spinach). Layer in casserole. Top with Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 50 to 60 minutes.
