FRIED PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour, plain
1 c. shortening
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Make a small ball and roll out. Individual pie crusts. Fill with desired filling, fold over and seal by pressing edges with a fork. Ready to fry pie. Drop in hot cooking oil.
