TATER CRUST TUNA PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. potato flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3 to 4 tbsp. water
3 oz. can French fried onions

FILLING:

3/4 c. potato flakes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. pimento
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
10 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
1 egg

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend until crumbly. Add water; stir with fork until dough holds together. Press into ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Reserve 1/2 cup onions for topping. Sprinkle the rest over crust. Stir together filling ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle reserved cheese and onions over pie and bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.
