OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange potatoes, peel side down, in a shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and brush mixture over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender. Brush occasionally, while baking, with the left over oil mixture.
