TATOR TOT HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth or may use beef broth
3 c. frozen peas or corn or mixed vegetables
1 sm. pkg. frozen tator tots
Salt and pepper

Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, and salt and pepper to taste. In 2 quart casserole or 9 x 13 pan mix soup and broth well. Add browned ground beef, and vegetables. Top with tator tots. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
