BAKED BEANS 
2 c. Navy beans or Great Northern beans
1/2 lb. salt pork
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 tsp. molasses
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. hot water

Cover beans with water overnight. Drain. Brown meat in pressure pan. Add beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook at 15 pounds for 35 minutes after control jiggles. Reduce pressure normally. Beans may be finished by baking them in an uncovered casserole in a moderate 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until liquid is evaporated.
