STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
32 lg. fresh whole mushrooms, stemmed
1/2 c. softened butter
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
Dash white wine
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 c. sm. shrimp or fresh crab

Combine finely chopped stems, butter, cream cheese, onion, salt, pepper, shrimp, etc. Mix well. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Set on cookie sheet or pizza pan under broiler for approximately 5-8 minutes; watch carefully. Serve hot.
