RED CHILE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 3/4 cup red chile powder
4 oz. tomato sauce
Dash ground cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch oregano
2 c. beef bouillon

Melt drippings in saucepan using low heat. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Add chili powder starting with the smaller quantity. Stir constantly while adding bouillon. Continue stirring until a smooth sauce is obtained. At this point, more chile powder may be added, if desired. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer at least 10 minutes.
