RED CHILI MARINATING SAUCE 
1 lb. salt
1 lb. brown sugar
2 c. vinegar
4 c. red chili sauce or 1 (28 oz.) can
2 tbsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. oregano
4 lg. cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. bay leaves

Puree all of the above ingredients in blender. Marinade can be used over beef, pork or chicken. Will marinate 10 pounds.
