LONDON BROIL WITH RED WINE AND SHALLOT SAUCE | |
1 flank steak Soy sauce Salt Pepper Thyme 1 1/4 c. chopped shallots 1 1/4 c. red wine 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. parsley Brush flank steak with soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme. Marinate for 1 hour. Brush again and grill over fire 4-5 minutes each side for rare or broil in oven broiler. Combine shallots, wine and bring to a boil. Add butter. Salt to taste. Stir until butter is melted. Add parsley and spoon over steak. |
