VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
3 cans veg-all, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 can water chestnuts (opt.)
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix vegetables, cheese and water chestnuts. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle crumbs. Drizzle butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
