HASH BROWN BAKE 
1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes (2 lbs., frozen)
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bring hash browns to room temperature; mix all above ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 stick melted butter
2 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix. Spread over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until light brown. Bake, uncovered.
