BAKED CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 lb. frozen hash browns

Using a double boiler, melt cheese and mayonnaise VERY SLOWLY. When melted together, add hash browns and place in shallow casserole at 325 degrees for 1 hour. May be kept warm 1/2 hour longer. Serves 6-8.
