FREEZER CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. flour
1/4 stick melted butter

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. In large bowl mix flour, sugar and salt; cut in shortening. Add the beaten eggs, then yeast and milk mixture. Mix well. Let rise until double in bulk.

Divide dough in half, roll into circle 1/2 inch thick, cut into 16 pie shaped pieces. Brush tops with melted butter.

Roll each piece starting at large end. Place on cookie sheet and freeze immediately. After frozen, put into plastic bag.

When ready to use place on cookie sheet. Allow 2-3 hours to thaw and raise. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
