STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
4 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels, 4 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

Blend together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and 1 cup sugar; spread on top of pretzels. Add 2 cups boiling water to the Jello and add frozen strawberries (let them thaw before adding to the Jello). Pour on top of cream cheese; mix and refrigerate.
