STRAWBERRY CREAM MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry-flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. crushed fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. sliced strawberries
Whole strawberries for garnish

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly. Mix crushed strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and orange juice. Add to gelatin.

Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Then fold in the whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Pour into 8-cup mold and chill overnight. Garnish with whole strawberries. If you use a ring mold, fill center with whole strawberries when serving. Serves 12.
