BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
15 oz. Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
Salt
1 qt. buttermilk

Cream together oil and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix in buttermilk. Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
