3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs and sugar. Add butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and sweet potatoes and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
