SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 slice bread
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. water

Mix meat and ingredients. Form into size meatballs desired and roll in flour. Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon oil. Heat sauce thoroughly; pour over meat balls. Can be served over rice.

To make a day ahead of time: brown meat balls, pour sauce over and refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until bubbly) and serve. To double recipe use 3 cans of soup.
